B.U.M.P: Maternity Photos With The FabulousKathy Kellebrew

So, I don't know if you know Kathy Kellebrew, she is a talent in the Napa Valley who takes amazing senior portraits (amongst other things, of course) but her current focus is on really capturing the individuality and spirit of her subjects (high-school seniors) and bringing it out in a photo that is truly worth, a thousand words...if not more. She asked me a couple weeks ago if I wanted to "play" at the studio and do some prego photos. PFFF! ME? Take photos? Are you kidding? I was born for that! LOL! Anyways, she told me to search the interenet for ideas, as she says, "I don't know what I'm doing" (In regards to maternity photography) Oh, please Kathy. We women truly are our worst critics. I know her work tho, and I knew that this "play time" would turn out some great photos. I was right! I just kept giving her ideas and we would try them, some worked and some didn't. The ones that did however, you'll see, worked pretty darn well. :) She ended up giving me the final photos as a gift, a congratulations, if you will. She is too kind! I told her that she needn't not edit the photos and take more time then she already did out of her SUNDAY, and so I did the little tiny bit of editing that you see like the vignets or, recoloring the block letters...oh...and whitening my teeth. I really want to get my teeth whitened. (TMI) Anywho, THANK YOU KATHY! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You made this pregnancy unforgettable and I have indelible memories that will last a lifetime. You are great at what you do, your work speaks for itself, because I know you won't; you are oh so humble. Just know how amazing you are. It's a blessing to call you friend, and to be able to witness all your work and even experience it first hand. I love you.
