The worst blogger EVER?!

Yes...I think I might be! OH MY GOSH REALLY? It's been almost 60 days since I've posted...and with good reason, I must say. HOWEVER...wow...SLACK-ERRRRR!!!!!!! Well friends, it's Friday night, Lailah is napping and I am ALMOST DONE WITH MY THANKYOUS! HALLLLLLLLELUJA! HALLLLLLLLLELUJA! Halleluja! Halleluja!.....(were you singing with me?) :D It take me forever to write thank you cards because I write novels. Oh well...better personalized than not, I think. So...you want a personalized thank-you...then you have to wait 5 months. HAHA Anywho, Lailah is almost 1 years old...just kidding...a lot has happened. Let's see...well, she is now 3.5 months old already!? I know! Crazy, how time flies! It seems like yesterday that I was having contractions and meeting my little one for the first time. She has grown SO MUCH. I mean seriously, her HEAD IS HUGE! LOL. Her hair is thinning out, but I'm convinced its from the dome-stretch. She can still wear some newborn sized clothes, however, she can also fit into some 6 month pajamas, and with her honkytonk-badonkadonk (big cloth diaper booty) she definitely fits into 6 month pants. :D I love her fluffy tush by the way. And that's what we call be cloth diapered butts, in the cloth diapering world, Fluffy butts! :D Speaking of cloth diapering, I have become even more obsessed...my stash is growing! And I'm not done! :D I also began using cloth wipes. SO COOL! I have a wipe warmer, that is designed for cloth wipes and I just put about a cup of water in it and let it warm all day and all night. When it comes to a diaper change, I just grab a little cloth wipe out of the drawer, dip and scrub-a-dub-dub! SO EASY! I love it. There is a website called Kelly's Closet, and they do sales where you spend so much and get a free diaper! HOLY SMOKES! Right now, it's spend $29 and get a free diaper. I'm so tempted. Check it out...I'm a dork I know, but you KNOWWWWW it looks awesome! :D I am in loveeee......

Lailah is a very strong girl and we love to help her stand and sit. I am very proud and make everyone watch her stand up from a prone position. LOL. I broke out her jumper a couple weeks back and it is one of the best items we have! OMG, she loves it! It is the cutest thing to watch her bobble around and sometimes she is even effortlessly on beat with the tunes! I'm convinced that they should make adult sized jumpers. This thing ROCKS! Lailah has been really good to me at night...usually only waking about once...twice max. She does have a late bedtime...midnight usually, but she's up about 10:30am so I can't complain. HOWEVERRRR...lately, I think she may be teething and this has lead to Fussy McFusserpants and mannnnyyy awakenings throughout the night. Which also has had a couple positives. With less night sleep, and shorter naps throughout the day, she goes to bed a little earlier! WOOT WOOT! Gives me time to get things done...like now. It's only 7:21pm as I write this, but I have her fluffy butt double stuffed in case this is in fact BED TIME....only time will tell. Oh, and yes, double stuffed...she can go 13 hours in a dipe with no leaks...tell me THAT'S not impressive! Try that with a sposie (disposable). Ok, I'll get off my soap box. ::wink:: It's RAININGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmm...whatelse? Well, I must say, I am absolutely blessed to the max to be able to stay home with my babygirl. Jordan and his father have been working full weeks which allows us to pay our rent and me stay home and be a mom. Thank you, God. I have friends going back to work, or have gone back to work and their babies are 3 months old or older, and it's one of the hardest things they have every had to do. And none of them, might I add, like it. AT ALL! I really can't imagine leaving her for the workplace. Ick. Makes me nauseous. Not just because I don't want to leave her, but, I really want to be a SAHM (stay at home mom) or a WAHM...can you guess what that means?! :D

I have a ton of abbreviations, by the way, that I use now on all my blogs and forums that I frequent. Like...LO (little one) DD (darling daughter) DH (darling husband) AIO (all in one). Here...let's use them all in sentence:

"I really want to buy an AIO for my DD, but my DH says the LO has enough diapers as it is. I say...pshhhh, ya right!" bahahahhaha
And there is your lesson for the day!

I still take a million pictures of Lailah! I just love my camera! Since it has been so long, I have put together some collages for you to look at...and maybe even put on your desktop, since she is so cute. LOL. Just kidding. Well...NOTE TO FAMILY MEMBERS: I"M NOT KIDDING! HAHAHA!!! I even use the video cam often. I have to figure out how to effortlessly load the vids on the computer. The software is a bit wonky and gives me a hard time, but as soon as I do, I'll try to put some vids on here! Also, I need to figure out how to put recordings from my iPhone on here because Lailah started laughing this month and it is a heart melter! I caught it on my phone and I could listen to it over and over and over again! ;D

Who needs candy and sweets when you've got Lailah? She was absolutely nibbleable on Halloween!!!! Where did we go? OH...ya know...to the store...that was all. LOL
